These beings find their way through a thin membrane. They emerge into liminal existence wherever attention flips off the rails of its regular ways. When what you perceive at the edge of your gaze surprisingly appears to you as a face, the chance it might start chattering to you is not small.

The performance “Die Sonnenuhr” (The Sundial) is following the creatures into a narrative of vagueness and foreshadowing - featuring a short story by Franz Kafka, a journey through an apocalyptic landscape within a rug and an encounter with a torn-off button.
